I make cheeses and yes, they have won awards but, more importantly, they taste great! The job I do is the job I love, but it's more than a job, it's a passion. If you're interested I can - and sometimes do - talk about cheesemaking until, well, until the cows come home. Just don't expect me to give any clues about the recipes ... I'm particularly proud of our Miss Muffet, Trelawny, Crumbly and Ketic Gold (which was 2006 British Semi Soft Cheese of the Year). |
